As of September 11, changes are in place for FIA illustrations in select states to support Model Regulation 245 illustration requirements.
In Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Iowa, Missouri, New Hampshire, Ohio, Rhode Island, and West Virginia, personalized illustrations are no longer available for crediting options tied to indices that do not yet have at least 10 years of live performance history.
All approved crediting options remain available for premium allocation. The change only affects whether a personalized illustration can be generated for certain options in the states listed above.
