United Life Payment Options
United Life Insurance Company offers a variety of payment options for our policyholders. You can pay by EFT to have payments automatically deducted from your bank account; pay online using a credit card, debit card or electronic check; or pay by mail with a check or money order. Choose whichever method is most convenient for you.
Pay by EFT
With Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), your payment will be automatically transferred from your bank account (checking/savings) to ours on a quarterly or monthly basis. There is no fee to process EFT transactions and you'll never have to worry about having a late payment. To register, complete and sign our Preauthorized Premium Withdrawals Form and send it to United Life by mail, email or fax:

Pay Online
You can make a payment online using Express Bill Pay at unitedlife.com, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with no fee for online transactions. Payments can be made using one of the following methods:
- Credit Card: We accept Visa and MasterCard
- Debit Card: We accept Visa and MasterCard
- Electronic Check: You must provide the account number and routing number for your checking or savings account.
Online payments submitted during business hours will be processed the next business day. Transactions are subject to return if rejected by your financial institution for any reason.
Pay by Mail
All check or money order payments with a remittance slip should be mailed to United Life Insurance Company, PO Box 729, Cedar Rapids, IA 52406-0729. If you are sending a payment by express mail (FedEx, UPS, etc.), please use this address: United Life Insurance Company, PO Box 729, Cedar Rapids, IA 52406-0729.
